Our Pastry Chef, Pierluigi Crosa, introduced the latest creations from our single-serving Pastries catalogue on the Sunday programme “La Domenica di Alice”, presented by famous Italian TV personality Rosanna Vaudetti on channel 416, broadcast on the Sky Italia satellite channels. The pastries presented were Chocolate Soufflè and Digestive Cheesecake which are already popular with our customers thanks to their entirely new and “international” flavour.
Also introduced was one of our great classic Italian desserts: Dark Chocolate Profiteroles. You start by preparing the cream puffs using the Sac a poche and then add personal finishing touches with dark chocolate ganache, colourful toppings and the freshest seasonal fruit decorations.
This appearance in such a high-profile TV programme is a great honour, proof of the company Pasticceria Torino’s increasing fame and establishment as an important player in the “Haute patisserie” sector.
